The short version
Reading Cricket Times for free is open to everyone, everywhere. Home page articles, the newsletter, and the Oracle quiz are not restricted by country and never will be.
Paid subscriptions are a different matter. We can only sell them in countries where our payment provider handles the local sales tax on our behalf. The list is below. It is not a judgement about anywhere — it is the limit of what a small publication can administer.
Cricket Times is operated by Dreamers LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. Payment is handled by Stripe as merchant of record. In the countries listed here, Stripe registers for, collects, and remits local sales tax, VAT, or GST on our behalf. Everywhere else, that obligation would fall to us — and a small publication is not in a position to take it on for every jurisdiction in the world.
This list changes as our payment provider adds countries. We update this page when it does, and the version in force when you subscribe applies to your subscription for its then-current term, as section 5.3 of the Terms of Service sets out.
If your country is not here and you would like it to be, tell us. We keep a list, and it is the only evidence we have of which markets are worth the work of adding. Write to contact@cricketimes.com.

A note on prices
Where we have set a local price — currently the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Africa — that is what you will see. In the other countries listed above, the price is shown in US dollars and converted to your local currency at checkout by our payment provider. We add local prices as readerships grow large enough to justify them.
Outside the countries listed above we do not sell a paid subscription at all, in any currency.
